Repetitive Shapes
In your journal, begin to draw a simple shape or a few. These can be completely abstract, symbols, shapes or more representational. Once you have drawn a few different shapes, continue to repeat these shapes until your page is full. If working in a larger sketchbook or intimidated by filling a full page, draw a box or a circle and fill this with your shapes.

Optional Reflective Questions:

Do the shapes, whether abstract or not, represent something to you? An idea, worry or thought?
What do you like most about your drawing?
